Returns


Each piece is made per order. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for regular orders and up to 4 weeks for pre-orders to ship. Domestic and international shipping of orders of 0 pieces or less will be shipped in individual boxes or small batches. If you wish to place an order of 10 pieces or more, please email the studio directly to organize.

Internation VAT & Customs Duty

If you are purchasing from a country whose borders charge duty to imported merchandise, you will be requested to pay for this import fee by the postal service, which then pays your government.

If you refuse to pay duty and the piece is shipped back to us and arrives safely, we will refund you for the piece minus any additional cost of return shipping. If the package is abandoned because duty is not accepted we are unable to refund you for the lost goods. If the piece is returned damaged or broken we will not be able to refund you for the lost goods. Pieces are often mishandled when moving in and out of customs and we don't advise depending on the return of the goods safely back to New York as they are often lost or damaged when refused at delivery, and the studio is not always contacted to advise on the return of the parcel.

You shall have the opportunity to review, modify, and confirm each transaction you are contemplating. Returns shall be accepted by us only on the following terms and conditions:

  • Byronfredericks.com will accept returns of full-priced merchandise only. All Sale merchandise is Final Sale and may not be returned;

  • Returns may be made within 10 days of receiving a piece purchased directly through byronfredericks.com. Returns must be received by Byron Fredericks in their original condition, undamaged, unused, and clean. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at Byron Fredericks’s sole option;

  • Returns must be booked for shipment to Byron Fredericks within 10 days from the date on which such items were delivered to you by Byron Fredericks.

  • If you wish to return a piece, it must be undamaged, unused, and clean. Please email the studio at studio@byronfredericks.com to request a return label. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. You will receive an automated email once we’ve processed your refund. We are unable to assist with returns of pieces purchased through our stockists. Please contact the stockist directly to inquire about their return policy.
